中规中矩的法庭片，片尾男主独白比较令人出戏，不过也只能这样了，毕竟普通香港人拿李嘉诚等大地产商没办法啊。
配音出戏，剧情糟糕，法庭辩论如同儿戏，毫无新意和看点。

现在的港片怎么都是网络大电影的样子。阵容真强大，方中信那几句很精妙，我已经收了阿婆家的几万，那是他们全部家当。富豪不会把全部家当拿出来吧。
走马观花的推理过程，感情转折都很刻意，如果结局不拉扯进来一个强大的势力是不是就没得打了？大团圆结局有tvb感觉，肯定的是方中信与智叔的演技，收放自如，张建声也可圈可点。

2021年的香港电影，比起其他同地区同时期电影，我倒觉得这部电影算是比较好的了。。。
可以做到只手遮天
熟悉的味道、熟悉的演员、熟悉的剧情😁经典的TVB剧情➕结局
剧情简单，人物脸谱化，一丝悬念都没有。只有看看香港演员说粤语，是唯一的安慰。
理解为啥不上院线走网络了，真的就跟闹着玩似的。毫无悬念毫无紧张感，故事写得小儿科，制作个方面都差很多。
