The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 电影编排铺陈和混剪插叙都很漂亮，意识形态倾向过于明显，不过能拍出这样的电影总比被过分压制好。
真的历史不在被记录下来的文字里，真的历史淹没在字与字之间的距离里。历史那么冰冷，静默，以至于那些以血为代价的摩擦，在清扫后也只留下法庭上对博的无力。致敬导演，思考必须严肃。
当更多人愿意动脑的时候，世界才会趋向和平。

三星半吧。后半部分又开始瞎对付。小平同志说：要防止右，但主要是防止左。还要旗帜鲜明地反对资产阶级自由化。
真正艰难的不在于与谁抗争，而是坦然呈现自己。交叉剪辑叙事，人物也不少，略凌乱。即便大家都知道在推的圆石会滑落，至少别让它变得太大太重，否则推不动会被压死。
美国的强大在于，即使有这么多的不同意见、质疑、批判，国家的某个组织也不会禁止它发出声音，所以，究竟是在单一的声音中看世界更好，还是在扬抑同在的声音中看世界更好？说回电影，导演选择用大量蒙太奇剪辑手法，把一个较为复杂的、多个利益群体、多种诉求的抗议故事，较为简单又诙谐幽默地给观众叙述了出来，演员的表演也可以，其实这种电影，拍出来就4星了。

台词密集，然而很多都没说到点上，片子还算不错，7.8。
求同存异，真的很美好
索金证明了他仍然是一位一流的编剧，但并不是一位优秀的导演。法庭戏确实是全片的亮点，但叙事结构处理得相当糟糕，例如示威情节的穿插，电影感觉头重脚轻，角色塑造也不到位，想表达的东西没有办法全部塞进一部电影里，所以每一个角色都显得有点空洞，没有办法得到展开。

此时此刻此地，倒是无需去谈论人作为人 自由说话的权利，不妨更多去考虑，人作为人 去包容不同观点的能力。全世界都在看着呢。
