The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 难得香港也能拍出如此励志、正能量、动人心弦的片子。 吴君如真是老戏骨。 所以中国代表团能取得如此多的金牌，全靠举国体制支撑着这么多运动员心无旁骛专注训练。但是不要过了。
每次看这种题材都很触动，他们比普通人付出更多努力才能发出那么一点点光让大家看到。

真实故事改编，挺感人的，吴君如演的真好，母爱很伟大，残疾人运动员太不容易了
很煽情，题材挺好的，演儿子的三个演员都很好，吴君如最精彩的表演竟是开头抱着孩子穿梭在乡路间，可惜后期就很套路了……两母子的戏演得很像情侣，所有镜头都怼脸拍，导致气氛很奇怪，其他的配角挺工具人的……说是传记，但总感觉像妈妈再爱我一次
