悬疑感很强，确实没猜到这个凶手，作为悬疑片合格了。（反倒不像蜡笔小新了。）
一个培养精英的学校，人被一种叫欧兹姆这样的机器控制，加分减分，然后把人归为不同的班级，于是1亿分精英享受吃法国大餐的特权，负分的学生只能争抢最难吃的面包，于是学校充满了嫉妒和仇恨，出现了许多残害人的悲剧。
幼稚的桥段很多，比如小新用屁股跑步、思考、抓坏人，打着想象力解放的幌子，又俗气又低幼，勉强看完，没笑几声，远不如头一部小新解救漫画王国的有趣
！！！33代也太帅了叭！！！还有这次这部新风真的太好磕了，风间是真的很认真的想要跟他们一直在一起的，但是他真的想法太多反而会很累啊……
一个已经失去了童心的人只想被马桶搋子咬一口，并且希望小新那样的傻瓜们就自娱自乐去吧。

虽然很老套但还是看哭了，风间逐渐喜剧人化（
每年一部的小新剧本比柯南剧本扎实多了。青春是什么。

这个剧场版，会让人联想到，春日部防卫队五人组长大以后会不会渐行渐远。。惆怅
