The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 其实片中很多处借着精妙的台词和剪辑都具备了极强的感染力，听了你仿佛都会觉得自己就是美国人。但最后一幕念名字看似来势汹汹，实则煽情失败，所有人如站在美国国旗下庄严致敬一般，却也让人清醒过来意识到：哦这终究还是美国呢

就是喜欢这种调调的电影，老死头子法官太气人了，真想知道他的后续，想看他吃瘪
台词那么多，人物还是模糊。剪辑那么碎那么快，反而没带起全片节奏。整体结构摇摇晃晃，只有立场是明白的。
导演/编剧在开拍/开写之前就已经给开庭之前就想给主角团们定罪的大法官定了罪。

于漫漫黑夜中，绝望无尽处，看到光，那是人性中的“善”，总有希望，总有温暖。
奈飞在美国大选期间推出的60年代著名历史事件改编的政治法庭戏，挺有意思。人类现代社会是需要法律的，法律也是在不断地实践、反思、辩论、修正中进步。所以能拍、能看到这样题材之影片，很有意义。
