改编自奥兰·斯特豪尔的同名小说，故事讲述一对曾经的恋人兼CIA工作伙伴再度见面，二人回忆起一次严重的劫机事件，他们中的一位似乎与此事有着莫大关联。拉垮的拍摄手法，床戏也掩盖不住影片的乏味无趣……

这电影名字翻译不准确，主题跟“宝刀未老”没半毛钱关系，本来还以为是老年男女特工的动作片。电影成本也是够低的，一半剧情都发生在餐厅的吃饭对话中。
所以，为了心爱的人，飞机上一百多人就该死吗？
