The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     好看，音乐和故事层层递进。从纽芬兰的角度讲述了911事件的过程。整部秀当中不乏突兀政治正确之处，但还是从整个应急事件中看到对人的尊重。

    从发现是讲911的故事开始就一直流泪，编排得太好了，性别、宗教、种族、人性方面都有涉及但一点都不觉得拥挤，人物特点很鲜明所以角色切换和转场都很自然，立意也很好，既缅怀失去也致敬收获。好喜欢音乐剧群像！

    我太喜欢这部音乐剧了，充满了人文关怀，让欢乐和感动交融。这个在911发生之后，飞机上的人们和住在gander的人们相遇相识然后产生交集的美好故事，让一场灾难变得不那么悲伤。这部音乐剧并没有过分哀伤，而是有喜有悲，正是在灾难中让人性的光辉更加夺目耀眼。很多事情并不全是坏事，我们总要在黑暗中找到那一丝微光。
