The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 岁月不饶人，东木真的老了！故事本身就是老套的剧情，还有点西部情怀的成分！越看越少的东木电影！
跟完美世界和老爷车比，不在一个水准。无论是故事还是人物都过于单薄了。看到九十岁的他还在电影里调情，怎么都会出戏的。他已经不能骑马了，看到替身在马背上翻腾，也没法不出戏。他已经没法再演一个牛仔了，哪怕是演一个苍老落寞的牛仔。
东木还想变年轻吧，只是已经给剧情推着走了…
It is old-fashioned but surprisingly timely, and its clean, spare style feels classical because it’s fluent and clear-minded. Eastwood seems to be one of the few remaining filmmakers committed to conscientious storytelling.

东木老爷子还这么敬业，虽然剧情上有些跳跃吧，后面女主虽然是墨西哥的，但是作为寡妇那么多年，也太主动了点吧。。。
缓慢如水，波澜惊起却又迅速翻涌而过，只留下墨西哥的黄沙和挤进酒馆缝隙的阳光。
尽管看到他的样子依然感到亲切。但是老爷子已经老到不适合再做演员了，整部电影像是一碗清淡的粥。
这无疑是老爷子的谢幕之作，等于说是一部西部版“完美的世界”。从上个世纪炙手可热的好莱坞巨星，再到独具一格的电影巨匠，东木老爷子经历了太多坎坷，其中最艰难的是和好莱坞的右派势力斗争，可现在电影里，他呈现的是迟暮和衰老，或许他真的应该休息了。

电影本身两星都够呛，但是还能看到老东木，就不敢再做奢求。
就我一个人注意到了开头东木年轻时骑着马的那张照片其实是他儿子斯科特吗😂😂😂
“你以为你得到了所有答案，然后随着年龄增长，你发现你什么都没得到。但等你发现这一点的时候已经晚了。”他的电影都像是半自传体，就像他年轻时候演的那些牛仔片，当时他感觉自己很酷，什么都有了，但是他现在发现这些荣耀男子气概这些东西都是虚假的
东木老爷子还真是不闲着，拍完骡子又搞这么一出没什么剧情的片子，一老一小一鸡走一路，还找了个墨西哥娘们在无名小镇安了家
这片要表达的不是英雄迟暮，而是“英雄永不死，只是渐凋零”。一个男孩，总是要有人带他走一段路，教他成为一个男人。谨记：努力成为一个像东木这样的人！
挺好，挺好。东木让替身在马上替自己wild了一把，再让小朋友在旁边叫“猛男”。

谁给标记的“惊悚”？？明明很温情，一部成长片子。
