The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 其实看到东木这位91岁的老牛仔依然是活跃在大银幕上已经足够让我感动了，本片是延续《完美的世界》的公路片模式，但是把情节进一步简单化，没有强烈的冲突，只有一位迟暮的老驯马师对一个小屁孩的人生教诲，也是献给自己的一个童话。边境风光很美，配乐很动人，雄鸡也很上镜，一切都那么简单质朴。（7/10）

片子后半部分呈现出的人与人之间的温馨感让人动容，但是编剧在剧情安排和细节刻画上的把握明显功力欠佳，总体节奏控制力一般。最后总有一种感觉，是不是老得掉牙的迟暮米国老人也比墨西哥这个屎坑地方强上千万倍，希望这只是我这种贰佰伍脑残的恶意揣测。另，克伊爷爷真的是太特么上岁数了，走路都费劲，下次拍个养老院题材的直接坐轮椅多好……

老年东木真是出奇的温柔，就连他慢悠悠的骂人话听起来也特别温柔，这是一个结局圆满的《完美世界》。这两年又是运毒又是偷孩子的，可以开一个晚年 Transporter 系列了。

老爷子终是在这部片子里，步履蹒跚力不从心了。
不如真人版好看，真人版里每个人都是哥特又奇怪的，一家人虽然奇怪但很和谐，动画版第一部和第二部都是以星期三为主角，并着重描写了她与家庭的格格不入，她适应不了这个家庭，总感觉ooc了
