Arkham, 1975: Jonathan Davis' father has disappeared. His tracks lead to Germany, to the Swabian-Franconian Forest where he was stationed after the Second World War. brutashell review - 'Filmed in black and white and primarily spoken in German, it is obvious that Die Farbe did not have a huge budget to work with. Effects are minimal and the cast is utterly unknown. I should point out that these are all good things, and work very much in the film's favour. There is no CGI to rely on, no name actors to carry it. Rather, the filmmakers do the unthinkable: they create a genuine atmosphere of unimaginable dread and unspeakable horror, using shadow, suggestion and rare splashes of that Nameless colour in a few select frames. In short, they did a damn good job. Die Farbe is subtle in its mounting horror, nurturing a dark dread deep in your bowels with every shot. All of the best and most stomach-turningly distressing films I’ve ever seen have come out of Germany: M, The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari, The White Ribbon, and now this one. Leave it to the Germans. We know how to gross you out on the deepest psychological levels.
Lovecraft worshippers and devotees of German Expressionism alike, take heed: seek out and view this film at your earliest possible convenience. 信息量负荷，加上看的港台繁体字幕，节奏太快了。故事内核其实也有诸多影视作品呈现了，并不新鲜，甚至有些俗套，比如“黑吃黑”的反转设定，又如个体力量难以与体制系统抗衡，于是你有一条路径——成为更“黑”的人，懂得善于利用“规则”，来实现内心善良与正义，哪怕它是被以暴力、刻薄和不太近人情方式，呈现出来。老警察“以旧带新”，帮助有棱角的年轻警察，如何学会手段，以成为系统里既能保持清浊一面，又会利用资源来实现个体理想抱负。近几年韩国影视创作一个大的风向改变是——之前韩国影片，着重呈现个体与体制的抗衡，现在则是如何学会共生，又能坚持一些带有理想主义色彩的正义面向。PS: 每个人物都几乎有条小支线; 而双男主组合，任务线也不止一个。正反面人物角色众多，人名开始没跟上，于是“投机取巧”，只记每个角色名的首字。

冲着大本看的。是瘦了吗？几乎不敢确定。故事有点你当像鸟飞过高山的感觉。原生家庭、上大学的重要性。舅舅被渣爸暴走为什么不还手？我不理解。最后找渣男我以为会帮舅舅要回30美元。。我也想和男主做固炮。
父亲的缺席，舅舅成了他转折点。我本非常喜欢这对舅舅侄子，然而电影讲述了太多无关紧要的东西，把这温柔酒吧都遗忘了，非常遗憾。

还不错的片子，平平淡淡的人生，简简单单叙述
又一部韩式警匪流水线作品，故事混乱差劲，白瞎了赵震雄、朴熙顺这阵容了
双男主演技太漂亮了，在那样一个社会里，警察到底可以站在哪里？黑白摇摆的灰色地带，不止有交易，还有正义的实现。
大熊真的天生为这种角色而生的呜呜呜呜真的好帅！！！！
大闷片，本来就犯困，这可倒好，直接看睡着了。没有情节起伏，没有高潮，看的我稀里糊涂。
虽然我不是个十一岁的小男孩，但是我也想要有这样的舅舅 p.s.看了下影评发现我可能错过了本片最drama的部分
果然是有日影的感觉，那种冷冷的，往人性里面挖的感觉，其实还不如拍成韩影的套路，日本的拧巴看着难受。
温馨平淡又不无聊，而且没人能拒绝这样的舅吧
