The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 动物拟人化的剧本不错，可惜没有深挖，整体呈现效果也一般，如果交给开心麻花，相信会火爆不少。
婚姻是一场漫长的修行，途中的小三只是导火索，两个人却彼此折磨耗尽。陈湘琪在最后二十分钟撑起了整部电影，婚礼上的回眸让人心疼又觉得她通透了。当下电影可以回到九十分钟之内这件事情值得鼓励。
老夫老妻终归是：不抛弃，不放弃。很细节，很写实。
现在这种台词已经可以搬上台面上说了吗？不得了！
此外还有大量不需要的擦边球笑料，劝加入这些想法的人从现在开始学韩语，换个地方去拍真正的性喜剧吧。
比较糟糕的一部电影，除了最后林更新，基本没有太多亮点。笑点无趣又不高级，女主表演浮夸但很努力，节奏主线松散且不知所云，看的很令人尴尬。两颗星不能更多了。

没看过漫画，也不知道原著是什么情况，不过就电影而言，低级段子有点多，多少有点尴尬。导演在电影里杂糅了太多的元素，导致电影臃肿，分心的地方太多。张雪峰的加盟对电影的助力有限，但是次次出场都充满了欢声笑语，这次友情出演片方值了。

看惯了熟面孔，这一回不如好好欣赏一下四个新面孔能带来什么样的意外之喜吧。
