The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 很索金。政治的讲，索金对美国这个制度还是抱有信心的，这大概就是美国特色的四个自信。
索金写本子的时候都没想到这部会有多应景吧。有几段游行者和警察对峙戏的背景音乐热血得像台湾青春电影。以及，雀斑又一次演了街垒旁的schoolboy。
9.11二十周年，当初岛上停留的旅客，机组成员和原住民给彼此带来的温暖延续到了现在，女机长的部分全剧最佳。愿战争远离我们，和平不易。
机长的演唱太精彩了，印象最深刻的一个角色，演技很棒，寓意也很好，非常有爱的一部音乐剧
疫情看真的太应景了。黑暗中才更能看到善意的光。太温暖了。

因为疫情产生了文本外的现实主义价值 又由于喜剧结尾在今年回归了浪漫主义 其角色具这两种精神为一身 so beautiful
几位主演的表现都可圈可点，开场几分钟就构建好了被主审的五位的人物弧度。最令人印象深刻的是里朗斯扮演的辩护律师，预定奥斯卡最佳男配角提名。
其实比较期待早先传闻的斯皮尔伯格来拍艾伦·索金的这个剧本。说不定又是一部《断锁怒潮》或《林肯》。可最后还是索金自己上了，缺点和优点一样明显。他是一个顶级编剧，但仅仅是合格的导演。影片中不乏艾伦金句，“我从没因为思想被审判过”，振聋发聩的一句话在平静中更让人震撼；也不乏热血时刻，比如结尾。但和伟大尚差距离。不过对1968年产生了兴趣，想去看《乌托邦年代》。

最后配乐不用这样的，没必要。不对，不是没必要，是你这么配乐，和法庭上奇技淫巧的语言碰撞构建的情感指向就没有区别，当这一点上没有区别的时候，最后一幕宣读阵亡者名单的力量就真的像是插在枪口上的花了好吗...扣一星

It’s surprising how much has changed and how much hasn’t...想起《辩护人》，但毕竟Sorkinism，文戏更犀利，看报道说真实情况的戏剧性有过之而无不及。
