7 资本的循环，墙上的奖杯代表了资本利益，高高在上。在我们看来只是见不得阳光。加上子弹的天平，讽刺，直白。女员工看似反制了老板，最终也只是资本的一部分而已。
搞笑，影院里气氛很不错，有能让人不尴尬发自内心的笑点。魏翔的演技着实让人惊艳了。情节略有点单薄，米兰被老魏感动的点不够那么有说服力，感觉只能用她本身的责任感和善良来解释。老魏回头又来救姐弟俩也是差点意思。

因为员工着实也是不靠谱，导致没看出什么黑色幽默的讽刺…
在一个中国员工看来，这个老板还真的没什么大问题，一切依法合规，反倒是员工们的骚操作还挺西班牙的，希望我们的社会也能出现这样的老板和员工。
女性视角当了市场部主管，多元文化当了生产部主管，好老板是一碗水端平的大师。
但听到满场笑声大概也知道包袱抖响了

虽然我无比讨厌开心麻花，但相比韩寒的恶心程度，这部电影至少让我开心一些～#大过年的，就不要添堵了

组合起来活脱一场灾难
故事的最后没有反转，我习惯性的觉得最后老板应该露馅，各种倒霉。但是什么都没有发生，没有天降正义，而是讽刺到底。我不仅在想，我为什么会期待他倒霉？这也是一种讽刺。
意料之外的好看，整部电影其实很像舞台剧，剧情和台词都很好笑，魏翔的表演更是锦上添花，满足
一部含腾量为零，笑点密集的电影，恭喜麻花，恭喜魏翔老师。片尾他拿着花的自白，也像剧里魏成功的杀青感言。
凡事都是相对，哪有绝对的好老板。看你和谁比了……
