剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     整体有德.帕尔玛老式惊悚片的质感，但叙事大大的不如老帕。这故事架构本来可以，但发展方向完全跑偏了，真相来的太早，本来有点意思的悬念一碰即破，叙事重心完全放在躲避和反杀上就没意思了。索德伯格这导演一向非我所喜，叙事水平一般，可能是他拍片时想法太多，想展现自己大于讲故事，有些抓不住主次，抓不住观众。其实他的电影没少看，喜欢的也就一部《永不妥协》 而已。

    靠对话传达的信息点高频输出持续而密集，一开始确实感到有点疲。fight against McCarthyism、对拉丁裔移民和女性的歧视、年龄困境容貌焦虑、婚姻。最后听到戏中丈夫角色扮演者 - 自己鲜少归家的丈夫说出台词“I’m home”，一瞬间的出神让Lucy Ricardo与Lucille Ball融为一体，舞台与现实的隔阂不再。Nicole的表演可圈可点。最喜欢的一个小段落是Lucille指出不要把观众当傻子（害）。
