The IMAX "Cosmic Voyage" film was made as a public service with sponsorship by the Smithsonian Air and Space museum. On DVD, borrowed from my local public library, it plays at just over 30 minutes with Morgan Freeman supplying a pleasing narrative. As one would expect from an IMAX film, the image quality is superb and the Dolby 5.1 sound track is very well done. Simulated cosmic explosions shake your walls! That is, if you have a good powered subwoofer in your system. The film takes a very useful approach to examining the size of the universe, from tiny sub-atomic particles to the vastness of the whole universe. (Fortunately, when God created the Universe he had dispatched a few angels with video cameras at different vantage points so we get to see actual footage from several billion years ago.) The film starts in Venice, where the discovery of the telescope originated, and uses a one-meter hoop as a reference point, then gradually goes larger by powers of 10, e.g. 10 meters, 100, 1000, etc until we can see the whole universe. Then it takes the opposite journey, going smaller by powers of 10 until be see inside sub-atomic particles. The story is well-woven with beautiful effects created especially for this film. It is entertaining and educational at the same time. All of "oldsters" can enjoy it for the scientific history we are already familiar with, and all the "youngsters" can enjoy it for the educational supplement it provides. Overall a masterful film. Any numerical "rating" of "Cosmic Voyage" is meaningless. If one is looking for a superb film about our universe and modern theories of its formation, this one is hard to beat. 十分精致，两个小时的人物塞下这么多人物，几条线交叉进行还不乱十分难得。对于一部剧集都没看过的我来说，主要是影片开头众多人名和陌生面孔要缕清关系有点难，但不影响理解故事。英式幽默一向以来的台词和笑点也是喜欢英式电影的福音。

庄园的人一开始厌恶在庄园里拍戏，
唐顿庄园的故事从1912年泰坦尼克号沉船开始，到这一部来到了1928年，电影都从默片到了有声时代，或许这就是“新纪元”
真的很喜欢他们，永远的英式浪漫，细水长流，娓娓道来。
太失望了，真是太差了，好多次看不下去，剪辑乱七八糟，后半程好一点，总之，再也不想看到它，心情糟糕
有婚礼，有葬礼，有新生儿，有新时代，还有电影局的剪刀。
有人决定奔赴异国开启新的生涯，
以为会是狗尾续貂，结果又是一场温馨快乐的老友聚会。剧情方面甚至比第一部更好~
开开心心，每个人都瘦了，有几个差点瘦到认不出了
6.5/10 " 距上次在影院里看唐顿庄园故事的银幕首秀已经过去了三个年头，这批集结在一起的最具代表性的英国演员们在这部电影续集中仍然保持着他/她们的独有的魅力与风韵，并通过接踵而至的""人生大事""赋予了这段极具时代精神的本土家族史诗一种更绵长的生命力。片中开篇的婚礼与结尾的丧葬形成了奇妙的对照关系，一面是告别欢乐宴席的坦然，一面是迎接忧愁寂寞的释怀。在庄园建筑悠长历史投射的阴翳之下，这份""人情""显得温暖而珍贵。
迎来送往间每个人都有了还算美好的结局
前奏一响起，我就不行了。全程含笑，结束时恋恋不舍，怅然若失。
情怀单独加一星，一个时代的落幕，希望Barrow真的找到了好伴侣，唐顿真是少有的这些时代剧里拍得又精致可看性又高的作品了，最像老夫人的还是Mary啊。马修这个老公也太不靠谱了。谁能不为参与到一部电影的拍摄而激动！
👏论如何把一锅杂烩煮得有模有样。古迪子上部打酱油这部失踪 但又不能老让大小姐死老公 我能想象制片多咬牙切齿 怀疑古迪子应该得罪过不少人… 这几年也没什么大动作…
看电影的感觉真好，短短两个小时，却能把我拉回过去的时光，缓慢的，一集一集追剧的日子，把2022年的世界隔离开来，像过了几年一样漫长。 Downton Abbey可以永远不用变，永远在那里，永远old school，一板一眼。婚礼开始，葬礼结束，死亡又新生，这就是我曾经的热爱了。ps,古迪子这次连酱油也不打了。
电影拍的越来越有fanfic的味儿了，看的粉丝心满意足
应该是唐顿的大结局了——Stop the noise, I can't hear myself die. 想起第一季的时候我在安村到处安利的时光……刚好最近又看到阿城说起中国文化的断代，更加唏嘘……总之，我同意厨子的说法，盎格鲁萨克逊文明是人类文明的标杆。
挺好的 到这儿结束吧。大家都有美好的结局。连托马斯宝贝都找到了好莱坞明星bf。就这样吧，感恩~
很久没有这样独自一个人坐在电影院里让情绪自然而然地默默宣泄，再也不用担心唐顿会出现意料之外的变数，一切都是那样合情合理地发展着，连最终的永别都是如此体面安详。
