The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 一部合格的古代欧洲电影在这个整个欧美都在搞政治正确的时候居然能够做到符合历史一个黑人都不用已经是非常难得了不过剧情还是有些俗套就是个哈布雷特的故事但是拍出的效果还是不错的对于一部古装片来说他拍的非常有年代感而且战斗场面要血腥有血腥要暴力有暴力。
本片如同一部徘徊在戏剧舞台与影像诗之间的3A游戏CG，这一点尤其是体现在接受巫师的预言击败亡灵夺得黑死剑的部分
但奈何不若《女巫》般具有现代性，又不若《灯塔》般有力量感，只配了个中规中矩的俄狄浦斯。
5.0 趣味止于人物近乎抽搐的表演，艾格斯仿佛丧失了《女巫》中对于民俗人类学的探索而转投于完全符号化的神话叙事，大部分剧情就像《刺客信条英灵殿》的过场动画那样味如嚼蜡，就连最重要的anti-Hamlet的twist也无趣得紧，在《日出英烈祠》面前简直是过家家。
看到後面發現：哇！暴君率眾妖害人！（誰懂？？）

不黄也不爆，男主的帅气被遮挡了，妮可就喜欢演这种变态角色。
3.5，即便失去了前两部足够多的结构空间，依然能在一部主流大制作的传统故事中注入作者性和足够多的亮点，总体来说是惊喜的。
