The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 玩过大表哥，场景服装感觉很亲切。
这实在是一部为老西部片迷献上的电影，无论是压力层层累积直至结尾集中爆发的经典结构，还是中正大气的影像呈现和纯男角的人物组合，都可自然勾连进过往的西部片记忆，而且其为核心情节设置的障眼法，更是瞄准西部片迷的某种自负和盲点，反转效果加倍。剧本主线陈旧但扎实，反转以及反转之后的人物最终落点，则为整个故事引出了属于自己的光彩，传奇终逝，但流淌在血液中的野性和坚韧自会顽强延续。蒂姆·布雷克·尼尔森的演绎很不错挺加分。

这年头想看个像《老亨利》这样的西部片都已经很难得了。
值个三星半把，放在今天有这样纯粹的西部片确实不易。但把它放在那些优秀的西部片里比较来看，就显得很平庸了。
丘岭风光，沉着冷静的农民亨利，看起来，好。
节奏是比较慢，名字以及设定开头便会知道最终结果是老亨利肯定要牛逼一把，至于怎样牛逼一把就是这个电影的重中之重。后半段还算精彩，没有令人失望。妆化是这个电影的另外闪光点。
隐士的高手被世界重新发现的时候，有好结局的似乎不多
