The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 大概是在控诉战争什么的吧，但大可不必用这样引发不适的形式。
没有一句台词，层出不穷的怪物，充斥着黑暗血腥场面，奈何我就是不太感冒。
筹备了三十多年做出的定格动画，虽然不解其深意，但我大为震撼，频频作呕。
Phil前后花了30年筹划制作，定格技术是真的棒，画面非常流畅，叙事略无趣(中间我甚至看睡着了两三次)，但不妨碍它优秀的视觉效果
把所有令人不适的意象放在了一起，让人有些看不懂。
人类用共同想象建构起秩序，这个秩序又成为折磨我们的疯神。

黑石碑、文明、毁灭、80～90年代B级恐怖片的复古质感，我看不懂，但我大受震撼。
制作组足够努力……然而我对又脏又乱又湿的环境反感至极……看不下去
