《惊声尖叫5》极力试图还原第一部的光辉：本片将“自我意识”与对类型片的调侃做到了极致，多到有些妨碍叙事、破坏影片的沉浸感；在情节和角色设置上对第一部的过多致敬导致本片看起来像是第一部的仿冒翻拍，而烂俗的桥段、无趣的人物和枯竭的创意最终摧毁了这部影片。
有点像达科塔·约翰逊的独角戏，男主太弱了，感情戏没撑起来的感觉。

韩版。见好就收成吗，前三部就得了，系列的一个个狗尾续貂就没意思了，电锯系列也是。无聊到快进。这种活人是幕后boss的不补刀真的是找死，医院男配当时不补刀回去补刀自己领了便当简直是强行便当，女主男友是杀手之一实在是相当明显。两人打斗从楼梯上掉下来，地板上一块白的，看不清，感觉怎么像卫生巾?（不想退回去定格看了）这些编剧一个个已经编不出来了，开始强行开后续，简直了。女主们都活下来好评
惠允的粉絲 一本滿足。故事挺現實 挖掘機不很常見 女主眼神里那股狠勁 和手臂的紋身，让觀眾 對她艱辛的現實生活 沒那麼絕望了。
我可以说我永远爱简·奥斯丁，是她让我对爱情充满了幻想，是她拔高了我的择偶标准。
本以为是跟其他（比如隔壁德州小电锯）差不多的简单复刻，没想到用心多了，还玩得挺嗨。套路又不落俗套，吐槽却又照搬，新老传承满满情怀，远远好于预期。。。
