The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 3.5星！从享乐，从纵容，从骑士之反面，从渴望被绿色腰带之守护到独自承担生命之醒悟。影片与原作有了一定改动，其并非是对高文爵士的那一高尚的骑士精神的诠释，相反则是通过描述其欲望与死亡恐惧等，进而呈现其在成为骑士之路途中的试炼以及自身之成长的故事。
选这么个咖喱男演中世纪骑士，zzzq要到什么时候才能是个终结！抛开这些，虽然大部分时候画面不错，但是故事节奏太慢，内容没啥新意，除了最终的反转让故事回归主基调，其他没有值得回味的了。另，故事的配角阵容真是强大，可惜，为了看艾丽西亚的观众要失望了。
讲的是一个废材无用的大官子弟走上一条母亲为他铺好的升官发财之路。
A24一如既往的诡异晦涩，不看解读实在是看不懂
“捍卫动物的自由”，说得容易，做到真难。很多地区，连人类自由都还没有呢。
中世纪聊斋。又或者说是因为恐惧饥饿吃毒蘑菇导致的一种臆想的男人成长史。
在干嘛？算了，也并不想花心思参悟。视觉上看看就完了。
如果作为寓言来讲的确冗长，拍摄的风格可以，有那种旧式格林童话调调，没有也不需要缜密的逻辑，您也别问，问您就low了。。。
拍的诡异华美的一则寓言故事，让我想起了潘神的迷宫。
因果循环。坦然接受既定的命运需要勇气。早知道后来会是这样，不如当初在绿教堂中就被砍下头颅。
画面镜头满分，剧情的话可能是改编自小说，影视化处理的过于意识流了。
意外滿喜歡的。悟道之時，就是該死之時，重返大自然即重生。

开头与结局之间的一些场景更有魅力，譬如这那一丛透明的巨人行，有点儿突然又不谬然且不是破谜底式的硬性设定

2.5 画面很美，光影诡谲，色调很美，音乐迷人，充满诗意。但，我是在看电影，而不是只在念诗，或者是唱咏叹。

没有明白很多表意的符号与道具，大体意思就是试炼闯关，成为骑士
外景丰富，且不只a24老三样，我很想在电影院里看这片。
