The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 从上帝视角，救了一个混混，损失了一个女记者。[律师查案]，对抗黑暗势力。结尾还是郭老板买通黑警督查才赢的。也就是有钱有势力，有知识技术，加起来才赢的。
全片灌输了资本主义的缺陷：有钱能使鬼推磨。
虽然是智叔的遗作，但还是遗憾地打下了低分。用闪回的方法说明悬疑的关键是最省事也是最无脑的做法。悬疑片的high点在于观众随着剧情层层推进去剥丝抽茧，而不是在最后十分钟全摊开在面前。

故事套路，转折过于轻易，雷律师的小惊喜是为数不多的亮点。
并不感觉很烂，也算是智叔的一部遗作，不得不说，智叔演技一如既往的好，尤其是在游艇上的戏，真是很强势，表面上最后是正义战胜了恶势力，但没有智叔饰演的这个角色最后怎么也圆不回来了，庭审戏拿出赵警官录音真是让我出乎意料，还是金钱战胜了权势。方中信最后的那番话也很有韵味
哎…还是这么陈旧的套路，看着这些tvb老演员，有点心酸。
其实，这片子没有表达完整，但是，在最后方中信的陈词里，把本片引入高潮部分！起到了画龙点睛的作用！
两分，多给一分给意外，律师为了定罪伪造证据然后被禁业三年这招我是万万没想到。
还行把，反正我看完了。虽然感觉剧情不是太紧凑，但是还可以。最后说了一堆冠冕堂皇的话，就是感觉有点突兀。
感觉好久没有看过这么精彩的法庭戏了。而且还是智叔的遗作。
悬念太少，结尾太顺，证人证言都是钱买的，正义公道也只是碰巧吧

把电视剧浓缩成电影，果然也不是个个都能精华。放到20年前，这电影绝对OK，现在看，只能有种TVB江郎才尽的感觉，曾志威，李逸峰也救不了。
怎么说好呢？感觉苍白无力，没什么可以看的地方，除了方中信的帅
