The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 这种叙事结构的影片让我想起了另外两部电影 汤姆哈迪的洛克和瑞恩雷诺兹的活埋，与之相比这部是最差的。
最开始的几次翻转很成功，但关键转折和之后的处理一塌糊涂，毫无悬念可言。
剧情并没有特别亮眼之处，不明白为何还要翻拍。
表演很好，但是故事细节禁不起推敲，最后主题揭露得也不够深刻。
没有看过2018的丹麦原版。像《活埋》《一线声机（保持通话）》这类独角戏，必须要有很好的节奏，对主角的演技要求也很高，本片基本都做到了，至少前三分之二做的很好。节奏上前三分之二很紧凑，悬疑感也很强，真相大白之后，悬疑感渐渐消失节奏也慢了下来，观众在知道真相后对妈妈的结局和男主本身的案件兴趣并不大，因为收尾没更加强有力的反转，让近乎完美的结局显得没有力度。杰克·吉伦哈尔的表演有闪光点，主角情绪管理极差的设定在收尾前几乎贯穿全片，让观众也觉得很暴躁，对主角破案的判断力多了一丝质疑。同样Emily的声音表现也一直处于紧张慌乱无逻辑的状态，会让人隐隐的觉得这个女人精神不太正常，导致真相大白时惊喜感降低。Henry虽然台词不多，反而恰到好处。三星半

3.5吧，可能是我看过最独角戏的电影，也就是这种有明星魅力的演员才能演，其他人没耐心看下去了
有《狙击电话亭》和《洛克》在前，这部片在人物刻画到表演，到剧情张力上都远远不如。

三星给予这探究的新意，对男主的探索应该会让这个故事更加饱满，但是过度挖掘有点本末倒置，没有力量
吉伦的演技一贯的好，但毕竟是直接翻拍的，且等我看完原版再说

杰克格伦哈尔的独角戏，确实的的确确得靠演技支撑的一部戏，说不上哪里多出彩，可能结局稍微差了点儿。
