The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 老爷子的这部新片不像一部电影，更像是一位91岁的老人在为你讲述他的人生智慧。
平静舒缓的叙事节奏，流淌出淡淡人生的心灵之旅，对老东木不能再苛求什么，唯愿他身体无恙，能够拍出自己想拍的任何作品。
故事比较平淡，缓慢，老爷子90多还挺硬朗，女人见了都为之着迷，他也只想搂着女人跳跳舞。
91岁还能自导自演，也太强了！即使影片陈旧，但东木说话的腔调依然有吸引人的魅力。

在平庸的故事里也只有老爷子可以讲出牛仔的浪漫，但是小男孩太拉垮了……

东木爷爷这90多的身体看着可比78的拜登还好啊。可是要演一个60多岁的uncle太勉强了，还有艳遇😂老爷子保重啊

4/10 就是拉了，影调风格和配乐还是一贯的东木味道，精致考究；但在单薄羸弱的80s老剧本之下，和没有任何特色的配角以及仅靠三言两语推动的剧情也实在难以称得上是优秀。差强人意算得上，但绝不至于晚节不保
东木老爷子这情节开挂也太离谱了，小男孩的人设不合理，墨西哥风骚寡妇献身，警察点错相，连鸡都识得救场，改成晚年幸福生活比较贴切搞什么Cry Mecho

“I can’t cure old” 但是电影可以 老爷子硬硬朗朗的
看睡着了。伊斯特伍德 自导自演，公路片，70年代从墨西哥到得州，一个老头带着一个问题少年。故事核一看就很传统，虽然伊斯特伍德西部片狂野的画风不变，但这种故事有点温情，又是可以放任何背景下。在天苍苍，野茫茫的西部，这些温情反倒不搭，沧桑感和人物关系建立互相拉扯，结果都没做到极致。心疼老爷子，老爷子演的真好，但故事核选错了。
人老了就开始想在传承这个事情上做文章，老爷子也不例外。
英雄有迟暮，铁血含柔情。深夜观影毕，多打一颗星。
