非常失败的翻拍电影。杰克吉伦哈尔带来了一场毫无任何迷人之处的独角戏演出，用力过猛且浮夸的表演让本来就灾难的项目雪上加霜。看看原版就知道差距有多大了。
全部星数都给杰克哈伦的演技，故事很枯燥乏味看得想睡觉。

改编之作在剧情上没有太多惊喜了，这就看演员的演技能不能有所突破。吉伦哈尔选片一般比较刁钻，本片的情节与狙击电话亭的故事异曲同工，观众需要从男主与报案人，警察，搭档的语言交流中脑补各种画面，很考验演技，这种纯粹的独角戏基本看点就是演员自己演技的发挥，不得不说吉伦哈尔的表演的确很有张力和爆发力，把一个911接线员从接到绑架报案后开始努力想帮助对方脱身的急迫和热忱，到最后发现对方原来是精神病并杀害了自己亲生小孩的真相后瞬间崩溃都演得丝丝入扣，层次感非常好，虽然有时候用力过猛显得角色有点情绪行为失控，但终究还是瑕不掩瑜，一人一电话就把故事推向高潮，真心希望看到吉伦哈尔更多精彩的演技。
看得非常生气，男主明显需要心理干预，偏激又自负，刻板印象与偏见险些酿成大错，与艾米丽自以为在帮助小儿子形成互文，最后认罪算是终于能面对自己了。

看完才知道是翻拍，剧情还是感觉有点紧迫的，但是不得不怀疑这个Joe是不是有bipolar......
