The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 拍得太英雄主义了就不现实主义，太现实主义了又没多大传奇意味，难难难
威震江湖的比利小子隐居乡野，当起了农民，但一切随着一帮歹徒的闯入而被破坏。最后一个对八个的枪战尚可。
群枪战开头的时候帅毙了！灵活的小交叉步+压低的左轮手枪，令人着迷！！！（看到这里我又联系到自己喜欢一个人完全不在意外貌这件事了

总感觉有那么丁点的沉闷和小格局，不过还是有西部味了
西部片大概就是追求一种情调，旷野，粗糙，野蛮，传奇，秘密。前面所有的蓄力，就是为了最后的砰砰砰。敌人全倒，谜底揭晓，这个老实巴交的农民，原来就是传说中的谁谁谁。
从《比利小子》到《雌雄大盗》，各类西部片看了超100部，印象最深的依然是韦恩的红河路艰，依然是荡气回肠的快意恩仇，大漠生死，各向一边，世事苍凉。
镜头的设计很见功夫，可惜人物不够丰满，戏尾收得太快了。
这是一部节奏很慢的电影，不同于以往的西部电影刻画牛仔精神，快马快枪的感觉。本片情绪是逐渐进阶的过程，所有的张力最终凝结于亨利拔枪的一瞬。片中人物不多，但是各有故事，也阐释了在这片法外之地，以暴制暴的丛林法则！
没有绞肉！做作。没有女性缠绵，没有都市矫情。

味道很浓的西部片，同样是一个人干掉一个团伙，但是比小人物、疾速追杀这种无脑爽片有味道
Billy the Kid不是哪个被枪击的倒霉孩子，而是美国拓荒史上的一个传奇人物。亦侠亦匪，且枪法极快。
这么一个俗套的故事被导演拍得还挺好看，不容易。
铺垫草率不可怕，可怕的是还给你来个自以为是热血结尾你受得了吗？
昔日的孤胆英雄，迟暮的不可饶恕，没有一个女性角色，可能这就是西部吧。
画面的气质比想象中没有那么西部片，至少地点放在西部。
