Boiling//后厨确实是一个非常intense的场所，不需要点火即可加热。
好看，刺激，过瘾，可以说是新鲜前传了，没有新鲜那么有美感。
正好不是常规餐饮片，比起纪录片更加琐碎多了细节。有过类似经历，太代入了。一镜到底很适合用在这种忙碌起来容不得停顿的状态，一开始就到达沸点还要竭力维持。
