The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 导演的拍摄手法被人诟病，豆瓣评分5.4，依然挡不住我对它的喜爱。喜剧能不能逗你笑，其实没有个标准，因为大家笑点都不一样。好的喜剧不是因为它可以戳中所有人的笑点，而是它总能想办法让你和它达成共情。

全程都不是围绕烧烤斗法，陈旧的网络段子，短视频式的视听设计，几个演员长得鬼斧神工。
皱着眉头看完，中规中矩都算是夸奖了吧，我的真实观感的话，只能说这部片子简直是陈词滥调和刻板印象的集大成。
在丽枫酒店吃烧烤的时候打开这个电影，结果发现这里面好多恶心的东西，头发丝之类的。没仔细认真看

故事很流畅，东北磕一套一套的也不生硬，烧烤看着很好吃。有的地方虽然是能预料到的梗，但是不尴尬也不生硬。

看完之后，一是觉得他媳妇真贤惠啊，不嫌你没钱不骂你没本事，还支持你放弃体面的工作，追求自己内心的想法；二是，镜头怼着那些烤串拍，看着太有食欲了。
