The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. TV里的映司最大的心结便是没能救下当年那个女孩，而最后他终于用自己的力量把女孩救下了。尽管为此他付出了生命的代价。
火野映司 这个人教会小鸟什么是生命什么是感情什么是朋友 还让Greed为他掉了眼泪 但是最后又留下小鸟自己了
不会被轻轻地尘封。

节奏很有问题，一股脑把故事嘚吧嘚吧赶紧说完了，感觉就像是先想好了一些要好好拍的场景，其他的部分随便衔接一下。赶工潦草，但原班人马全部回归又可以说是用心中的用心，就很矛盾。
剧情已经无力再提，太多的设定冲突丝毫未作解释，全留着给观众脑补。全剧唯一能看的最终决战更是燃不起来，随便加个好听点的BGM我都当你努力过了，音响监督该反思一下自己是不是什么也没做？看到10周年纪念csm和永恒鸟联组真骨雕发售，只能感叹万代赢麻了。
本来也就是三星水准，看在剧组最后一次团聚的份上加一星，十年了主演们都没变化真的很让人开心，但剧情让人难受，最后还把tv版结局给出的团聚的希望彻底粉碎。有条弹幕“为什么映司死了”，后面有人接“因为ankh活了”，真实泪目。

这部剧场版虽说让各位非常难过，但对于我来说不差，因为最后还是结束了😭😭
冲动型五分。不管怎么说也算是官方给出的一个对于TV结尾的交代了吧，虽然这个交代是天底下令我最痛苦的的一种，而且过程确实没讲清楚，但我现在宣布三个蛋是我这辈子的意难平。
