During the US Civil War, Union POWs escape in a balloon and end up stranded on a South Pacific island, inhabited by giant plants and animals. In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. 妮可基德曼太迷人了，这是影坛常青树，小细节处理得真好。
这几年女权电影太多了，今年连固定传记片也都是女性传记片，论表演劳模在《塔米·菲的眼睛》里的表演我更喜欢。论剧本这部好于塔米·菲的眼睛。
工业化流水线糖精片Marry Me在豆瓣上都能6.4，这片才6.3？后窗+凶线+窃听大阴谋+COVID-19+siri+索德伯格视听三板斧=KIMI。谈不上多好，但在所有好莱坞大厂和流媒体都在拍漫威质感流水线电影的时代能看一部至少视听上不那么快餐化的类型片也算是不错的娱乐。PS, 说最后反转没铺垫的没看之前和装修工头的那番通话吧？PPS, 无限期待《新蝙蝠侠》里佐伊.克洛维兹演的猫女。
5分钟弃，这片子不但弱智，最让人讨厌的是废镜头太他妈多了。
乱 复杂 细节太多 叙事线乱成一团 看的脑子乱嗡嗡的 如果不是妮可真的看不下去 先好好讲故事不行吗 很明显看出 同为传记片 gucci里的gaga跟这里的kd 还是有很大距离的

3.5 醒悟可能就是一瞬间的事，不需要在每个人生转折点都给一个强情绪的反应。虽然前边的每一天都看的很费劲，但最后一场戏忘词的戏真的很棒。
在叙事结构上很用力但效果并不太好，实在中规中矩，可能是传记片的局限较多导致的。
轻盈，灵动，锋利，从《丧心病狂》开始，索德伯格以极简主义的姿态进行数字媒介的创作探索，这部片子感觉是他近几年状态最好的一部作品。
疫情之下的后窗故事+窃听，算不上精彩，点点小紧张。在家隔离也能拯救半个世界，其实好好带个口罩，整个世界都会平和。6
最后审问一段，那回眸无奈一笑，多少有点<真实罗曼史>附体

当意识到自己可以杀了他们，终于可以不再害怕。运镜太丝滑了，心。

4.5索德伯格以一年一部的速度还能紧贴时事，稳定出产视听风格多变又新颖的作品还真的挺厉害的 这部是新时代后窗和窃听大阴谋
