The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 番豆乐园里的邻里情很温暖，关爱老人、教育小孩，就很美好，把优秀的中国传统思想诠释得很好。人间有真情、人间有真爱大抵如此。上美厂的动画也很美啊，满满的童年趣味，连霸王龙小分队都说：“难道不是么？”

但是至少前30分钟都是
难能可贵的童心，很治愈。聚焦环保、空巢老人话题展开，有教育意义。值得五星。

特别是在面恶心善的牛爷爷的影响下，小朋友们还来到了老年之家，举行了一场精心策划的演出，为老人们带去欢乐的同时，也获得了意外的惊喜。

另外故事情节就是对牛爷爷剧集的一个扩写，里面融入了一些现代元素例如小怪是坐着无人机，最后的直播，也算是惊喜了。

很个人化的影像故事。拆迁、搬家、迁徙，逐渐边缘化，具有时代感的代表性大楼的拆除重建也象征着个人历史的地理载体的坍塌。简单的故事，后面闷了，大量的固定镜头堆叠，造成了观感疲惫。
