The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 最大的问题是多数戏都显“假”：人物的神态台词，环境的布景打光有明显的设计和表演感，看着真的很尴尬。小问题也有：跳跃的情节，单薄的角色，不明觉厉的长镜头和超现实，基本都无助于情绪代入。
画面和音乐还行，但是剧本….美人鱼这么好的故事底子，怎么能改编得这么烂….
【2022.05.31】画面还是挺唯美好看的，但是回归到电影本质的话，可不能只有画面的嘛！剧情虽然没什么特别的，不过也看得下去，主要还是这里面的设定，到最后也没解释清楚这泡泡究竟是怎么一回事呀！反正最后也不知道主题想讲的是什么就是了。

剧本作者是有多大的执念，要改写人鱼公主
片里还有一条线是女儿夏天对感情的选择，有的时候分开还是继续都是心照不宣的。这种隐忍的留白，是成熟而不乏善感的温柔。
作画和配乐很了不得，跑酷戏份值得一看，其他的只能用节奏稀烂来形容。
16日，平遥第一场，哭得我筋疲力尽。 ｜ 看了《冰下的鱼》以及情绪稍微平稳一些后，4星改2星，自认是客观的评价了。加油。
很平常的家庭故事，唯独公园烟饼那场戏有些突兀，而且最后一场戏多余了，女儿给父亲洗澡是全片亮点。两位老人演技很自然；年轻演员台本痕迹过重，没有生活逻辑。掌机的情绪节奏控制太差。
导演估计是个影迷，能看出从不少名片名导那借鉴了很多，还是个长镜头爱好者，利用长镜头又强化了表演，再加上几个幻想的段落，很有灵气了
有两个印象很深的画面
2022年了还是人鱼公主最终为爱化为泡沫，阵容越大，翻车越不奇怪，可怕。
看到了老家，看到了熟悉的人，看到了再生活面前的无助。
整个剧看完给你的感受大概就是：哇，画面好好看…哇，建筑好好看…哇，歌曲好好听。哇，剧情剧情在哪里。总结看了等于没看。
