The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 纵然有些缺陷，但也不失为一部算是新颖的改编。
谁写的这剧本啊，即生硬又刻意，太出戏没法看。
这一路的奥斯汀改编里还是love and friendship最好。不是打破第四面墙就是fleabag的。
奥斯汀改编古偶，也不是不可以，但不要这么庸俗好不好？每一句女主望着摄像机说出来的台词，每一个chick film傻大姐式俗套桥段都让我尴尬得直打哆嗦，尤其女主在饭桌上大声说出妹夫原来要娶自己来着，电脑前的我尴尬得呀，真想砸了电脑，然后让自己钻到书桌下头去了……
本片最大的亮点就是独白部分对Jane Austen大段大段的引用
这个卡司也太刻意了。。真是违和😅整个片子风格也很轻挑，一点都不简奥斯汀
达妹的街拍造型穿越来电影既视感，以及毫无chemistry的男女主角，绝对不是我心中的劝导，却连改编都乏善可陈
意大利风景片, I can never forget the rolling hills of Toscany.. 一定要去road trip!

虽然达妹显然不是JA翻拍最佳人选，但拍得好美，完完全全被故事打动了。立刻去看原著。
