The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 我只能说很遗憾亚当桑德勒没能贡献《原钻》中的精彩表演，甚至辞职那点都演的平平淡淡的，我有点失望
分不清自己如何，不是正人君子，不是龌龊小人，做不得超级英雄，也不是自甘堕落。
比较意外的是，虽然是搞笑片，但剧情编得还挺完整，故事说得过去。拉肖自导自演，玩得很开心，观众也看得很开心。其中各种恶搞其他电影和新闻报道也是不少，能看懂的观众自然会会心一笑。

故事圆得挺好的嘛，对于一个失忆的人来说，一切都是巧合
吾一贯比较不喜欢滑稽戏，即靠滑稽替代幽默的喜剧，通常很难得到吾之赞誉，大抵因为滑稽已经被巴斯特基顿、查理卓别林用得登峰造极，后世除了憨豆实在很少人或作品能把握好滑稽的尺度。
