The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 铺垫好长，最后那20分钟才是精华，太头重脚轻了。安排了三段恋情，你都看不出来女主的欲望、喜欢、暧昧在哪里，只有天真和烂漫，这是不够的。
比较敷衍，又是传统的剧场版全体演员（托马老师直到最后才上十圣刃，他甚至不愿意用烈火三册），纪念意义可以理解，但总体不如平成世代final
规规矩矩的剧场版。 热血、故事、情怀都有。
前面的叙事有点冗长，两人相遇已经是电影中段了，可能是需要更多的笔墨展现阿娜伊斯混乱无序的力量和野性吧。作家的语言很美，“大胆又羞涩”的形容很贴切。激情是没有教养，不讲道德的。

缺点是部分戏份略显尴尬，老是在战斗途中插一段走心的剧情，有点影响观感。
